This policy covers the hosted FlutterProbe services and this website, operated by Alpha Wave Systems S.A. de C.V. ("we").

The free tools collect nothing by default

The FlutterProbe command line tool, the Dart agent and Probe Studio run on your machine. They do not send usage data to us. Anything that leaves your machine (cloud device farms, AI providers you configure, hosted services you sign up for) happens only because you turn it on.

What the hosted services collect

Account email and the details you give us when you sign up.
Run reports you upload: test names, results, timings and, if your tests produce them, screenshots, videos and logs. You decide what you upload.
Usage needed to bill metered services, such as device or relay minutes.
Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

What we do with it

We use it to run the service, show you your own reports and trends, bill you, answer support requests and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use your uploaded reports to advertise.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers for payments (Stripe), hosting and email delivery. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete uploaded reports yourself, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing to support@alphawavesystems.com. We may keep records we are required by law to keep, such as invoices.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to support@alphawavesystems.com from your account email.

This website

This website serves static pages. We do not use advertising trackers.

Changes

When we change this policy we update the date above, and for material changes we tell account holders by email.
