Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Full refund within 14 days

If you ask within 14 days of a charge, we refund that charge in full, no questions asked.

After 14 days

When you cancel after the first 14 days, we refund the unused part of the current billing period on a pro-rata basis.

Metered usage

Usage that is billed by the unit (for example relay minutes) is billable as it is used. It is refundable only when we billed it in error.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.
