Terms of service

These terms apply to the paid, hosted FlutterProbe services and this website, provided by Alpha Wave Systems S.A. de C.V. ("we"). By creating an account or using a paid service you agree to them.
The free tools and their licenses
The FlutterProbe command line tool is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 and the Dart agent under the MIT license, as stated in the repository. Those licenses, not these terms, govern your use of that software. These terms govern the hosted services.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done with them. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions and usage charges
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew each month until you cancel.
- Usage that is billed by the unit (for example relay minutes) is charged as it is used, at the rate shown when you sign up.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude taxes unless stated.
- Cancellation and refunds are described in the refund and cancellation policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the services to break the law, to attack or overload systems you do not own or have permission to test, to upload content you have no right to upload, to resell the services without our agreement, or to get around limits or security controls. We may suspend an account that does.
Your data
You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us the permission needed to store and process it to provide the services. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes to the services and to these terms
We may improve, change or retire features. We will tell account holders about material changes to these terms before they apply, and you may cancel if you do not agree.
No warranty
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as liability and governing law, continue after the agreement ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
